Ramuthra
Ramuthra was a Nephilim that had fought during the Demon Wars. During a key battle known as the Battle of Gasta Field, Ramuthra was slain by a team of quick-thinking mages. By creating an opening to The Grey Plane while the construct was charging, the mages were able to trap it and cause it to be crushed by the immeasurable pressure of the collapsing space.
Centuries later, Etain Lyle as a Fallen Hero summoned the nephilim's compacted remains from the Grey Plane and imbued it with life through her soul contraption in an attempt to fend off the Archangel's Heroes. Ramuthra would be destroyed by the Archangel's Heroes, but unbeknownst to them Etain had transferred her entire soul into the entity; when Ramuthra fell, Etain died with it.
